The Gallatin flow just outside of Bozeman and offer incredible access close to town.
The Gallatin is full of rainbow and brown trout - with the occasional cutthroat mixed in!
Fish on the Gallatin are smaller, but abundant. Often ranging in size from 8" to 12". Fish 18"+ are not uncommon.
This little freestone is full of stoneflies, mayflies, and caddis.
Fishing the Gallatin is a great way to experience some of what Bozeman has to offer! Spend a day wading these gentle waters and perfecting your small stream game.
